Our Story
SimpliLeads was born out of frustration. Our founder, Michael Torres, spent 12 years as a top-producing real estate agent in Southern California. Like most agents, he tried every lead generation service on the market — and was disappointed by most of them.
The common problems were always the same: low-quality leads, inflated metrics, poor communication, and zero transparency into what was actually happening with his investment. Michael knew there had to be a better way.
In 2021, he assembled a team of marketing, data, and compliance experts and built the service he wished had existed during his years as an agent. SimpliLeads launched with a simple promise: deliver real, qualified leads with full transparency — or don't charge for them.
Five years later, we've served over 500 real estate professionals across all 50 states, generated more than 50,000 qualified leads, and maintained a 98% client retention rate. We're just getting started.
